I started the process of looking for an agent in late June 2024. Tim came to do an appraisal with his assistant. He was extremely knowledgeable on the local market and recent sales in Endeavour Hills. Tim worked on a strategy for the sale of my home which was a success my house was sold after 4 weeks on the market and multiple offers. I was extremely comfortable working with Tim and his team at Barry Plant. The process was stressful for me as I was selling for the very first time, the home that I loved but I felt at ease knowing Barry Plant had the best intentions for me the Client. I would highly recommend Tim Stickley at Barry Plant if you are thinking of Selling or Buying Real Estate.
