Tim's knowledge of the market was spot on. As we do not live in the area his grasp on the market was extremely valuable to us. We have had many interactions with real estate agents over the years and Tim was the most genuine we have dealt with, especially as the property was not an easy sell. we were always sure he had our best interests as a priority.
