Although Drummoyne based, Tim and his team had a good knowledge of the Leichhardt market. He was conservative in his valuation but indicated that he thought he could get more for the property. No overhyping of the valuation just to get the sale was refreshing. Marketing was thorough and we were given a campaign plan at the outset with the opportunity to have input and make any changes/additions that we wanted. Open house inspections were sensibly scheduled and well handled. We were constantly kept informed about developments. The auction was very well attended with 6 serious bidders and we ended up selling at about 15% above our original expectations.
