Fantastic Agent with a human touch

A big thanks to Tim for helping us secure our new home in Cairns. We are re-locating back to Cairns from WA and were unable to visit the property in person - Tim was so understanding and took the time to guide us through the process, support our friends and family through their viewing, and gave appropriate guidance to be in a competitive position with our bid which ultimately enabled us to secure the home. Since we went under offer - the process was smooth with good communication and we were grateful to pick up our keys today!
