Tim is very knowledgable in the area and he is straight forward. He will let you know what the buyer wants and whether they will negotiate. He will tell you to look after your rights and get things checked before you buy so you go in with your eyes open. And will help with names of tradespeople that they use through he business if you need someone afterwards. Pretty happy. He is personable also.
