With his professionalism in this unique situation, Tim has managed to do just that, negotiating a deal we all agree is fair for both parties. This enabled us sell our property without having to go to market, and no open homes, minimizing costs and the hassles that go with all of that making it an easy process for us and also less work for Tim in the sales process.
