In an industry where plenty of agents are self serving and put on an act, Tim is refreshingly none of that. When you call Tim and meet with him you will quickly realise he isn’t about the slick sales pitch to get your property on his books. There is a genuineness, an authentic interaction that we believe buyers are also aware of. Through out the selling process Tim was honest and straight down the line in all respects, which was a breath of fresh air compared to previous selling agents on other properties we have owned. We can confidently say Tim had our best interests at heart, he worked late (9pm driving out to a purchaser to get a contract signed that day) and on his days off to see important key things through. His sales plan was executed perfectly and his ability to negotiate for us was worth every penny. He kept us informed every step of the way and took a proactive approach to any curveballs thrown up by buyers. Tim is an excellent agent and a great human.
