Tim Wolff was amazing from the day he stepped through the door. instantly he told me what I could get for my house with some work done. He was able to connect me with trades people that I know I would not got at such short notice if it weren't for Tim. He took all of the stress out of selling and actually made it an enjoyable experience. Tim got me what he said he would for the house which was a lot more than asking price, and he sold it in one weekend pretty much. Tims local knowledge of people and property shows experience and a lot of satisfied customers, some I know. I would recommend Tim to anyone wanting to sell their property.
