We recently decided to sell our property at the above address on the Gold Coast, we are living in New Zealand and were worried that it would be quite a stressful experience. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was from abroad. Tim suggested a conveyancer to use and organised everything for us from his end. Tim had previously sold a couple of properties in our street and we had met him while still living in Australia. We found Tim to be very approachable and helpful with anything we needed to know. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tim to any fellow kiwis who have moved home or are wanting to purchase a home.
