Tim is a great real estate agent. He was involved in selling my home to me around 8 years ago. He called me twice a year for 8 years just to say "Hi". I enjoyed speaking to him each time. When I went to sell my house I listed it with the agent who was renting my home at the time because I thought it was be less disruptive for the tenants. That proved to be a mistake . Tim was gracious about missing out on the listing, but he continued to keep in touch over the next 6 months. After 6 months the agent did not sell my home and I was left disappointed with a lot of broken promises. My tenant moved out which put me in a difficult situation. I called Tim and he took over. He was very clear to set my expectations and we set a date for an auction for 6 weeks. He worked hard to sell the home and Tim sold the home 1 week after the auction for a great price. I appreciate Tim. He is honest, hardworking, set correct expectations and tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. I would recommend Tim to my friends and family.
