Lastly, and most importantly, Tim is very determined when it comes to achieving your desired end result. He will do whatever he can to ensure the desired outcome manifests for his vendors. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome for the sale of my property! It was certainly over my "realistic" expectations and for that I am truly grateful.
