I needed to sell a unit quickly but didn’t want to lose too much by acting quickly in a slow market. Tim made me feel at ease and didn’t encourage me to jump at offers and didnt try to convince me that the market would not pay the price I was asking. He made me relax enough to be honest about the price I felt was fair and he worked to get this and the unit sold quickly and for a Good price.
