We were most impressed with Tim's professionalism in all of our dealings with him in relation to the sale of our unit at Allisee at Hollywell. Tim handled the initial listing in a most professional manner providing us with good advice and communication. Unfortunately due to a very slow market at the time no offers met our expectation so we took the property off the market. Later, when Tim thought he had the right buyer for us he contacted us again to take over the sale process. To our great delight Tim was exactly right in his call and our unit sold at a good price with a prompt 30 day settlement.
