Attentive, responsive and honest

We had been looking to purchase a property for a little while and had a range of different experiences (mostly negative) dealing with real estate agents. Tim was a breath of fresh air. Above all, I felt as though Tim was candid and honest in our dealings with him - there was no subterfuge or reading between the lines. Tim made sure that he got to know our needs as a family and was attentive to that journey, showing patience along the way! Tim took time to share his obviously deep knowledge of the local market, area and the individual property. That delicate 'sales pitch' meant that we really felt like we could take a lot of confidence from our dialogue with Tim. He did a great job for the Sellers and as purchasers we couldn't have been happier about the process. We'll not hesitate to engage Tim when looking to sell in the future!
