From our initial meeting with Tim, we knew that we really liked him as a person and an agent. We found it to be very important for our selling agent to be approachable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He filled these requirements and more. His communication throughout our campaign was tremendous and he went above and beyond to cater to all our requests down to the tiniest details of how our ad was worded, how our photos were displayed on line or how our home was presented. He gave us up to date market knowledge throughout our campaign and great advise in terms of how to seal a deal for our property. Through private negotiation before auction, we truly believe that Tim gained the absolute best selling price for our property. We feel that the final sold price can be directly attributed to Tim's negotiation skills in the meeting room.
