In this mad market times, Tina went out of her way to accomodate me during a quick interstate visit and helped me find my new home in Queensland. On arrival in QLD my settlement got delayed by a day and Tina quickly got onto the owners for an early entry (and I onto my conveyancer). This action by Tina was most appreciated, especially after 2 days of travel with a pet and the fact the furniture was arriving the following day.
