Tina had a contract on our property within 4 days. She knew exactly how to market the property and knew where to price the property to get maximum interest right away. Tina also helped with suggestions on how to present the house ready for sale and suggested some minor repairs and improvements which would make the property more appealing to perspective buyers and therefore achieve a higher sale price overall. She then helped to arrange tradesman to come and provide quotes. Nothing was too hard and Tina was always happy to help in any way. We were extremely happy with Ball Realty and would highly recommend Tina to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property in the local area. She is highly professional and does a fantastic job.
