The fact chelice helped and got job done. Its the buyer, cheapest home so many great things that will never change. I have no mum no dad no family, so yes i can have my stuff on rd untill pay storage, but he has not even asked f we need his approved finance, Please if i could get settelment 19th, the day he takes keys were gone its his home, lol ill do my pest and building myself, but he only asked yard to be done, $2000 .
