I met Tina at a viewing for a place that I liked and eventually put an offer on. I wasn't able to meet the Sellers desired price and had to let it go. Tina reached out to me not long after with other options and updates on the current market trends for the area I was looking at. She eventually brought to my attention a place about to go on the market that was perfectly in my budget. I wasn't keen on it at first as it didn't have some features I was originally wanted but I did decide to take a look at it after all.
