We would rate Tina 6 stars if possible. She sold our property with a fantastic result and we felt that she handled it like it was her own. From all of the added styling accessories she supplied to the last minute touch ups prior to inspections. She always made herself available to show prospective buyers through, regardless of the time or day. She was patient with our sometimes indecisiveness and honest when we asked for an opinion. Tina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market in general. Her demeanour is friendly, light and approachable but always professional. She was determined to find the right buyer to fit our unique home and that she certainly succeeded with. She kept us updated with any feedback from buyers along with weekly updates from online reporting which was helpful. She has also been very generous with her time in assisting with research for our next property even though there was no monetary benefit to her. We would not hesitate to recommend Tina to any sellers looking for a dedicated and hardworking agent who is easy to work with.
