As a first home buyer, dealing with so many REA's has almost led to a form of some would say PTSD, so when I first met Tina who was so calm and collected at the viewing I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. Little did I know, those heels were firmly - secured!! Not only is she a responsive and timely agent, she's also direct yet warm who doesn't intimidate her potential buyers. (Rare, I know) She honestly is one of the only REAs who felt genuine and wasn't creating conversation that was purely transactional she listened carefully to try and manage between vendor and buyer. In all my negotiations with her she has always been prompt, fair, balanced and just so down to earth.
