Tina was ‘on’ from the first enquiry we made about the property. She wasn’t pushy, she got back to us promptly with questions and let us go at our own pace and she negotiated it beautifully on both sides. I would 100% use her to sell something of ours. I hear she’s new to the industry but she was a seasoned pro in her dealings with us.
Tina was so approachable, friendly, understanding of our needs and situation and extremely helpful. Always kept us informed, responded as quickly as possible with requests for information, understood the market, vendor and purchaser constraints, worked very hard on this sale, went out of her way to make things happen and provide suggestions and options in case the sale didn't go through for us. From rapidly organising the pest and building inspection on our behalf, providing Council documents to personally changing the light bulb above the range hood identified in the inspection report, confirming some other minor issues would be organised and rectified before settlement and moving in, and providing suggestions for future handyman and pest management options, I cannot give a high enough recommendation and rating of Tina and Elders Alstonville as a team. Tina followed up with all parties to make sure the contracts were signed and exchanged as we hoped and communicated professionally with the vendor and me to discuss out of contract item inclusion and purchases.
