Tina (and Rick) were amazing to deal with, as a first time seller they gave me excellent advice, explained how the process worked and the reasoning behind their suggestions on how to get the most out of the sale. The Auction result proved their suggestions were spot on, can't recommend them highly enough to any prospective sellers.

Being a newbie when it comes to property selling, I presumed offloading my flat was going to be a stressful experience. I couldn’t have been more wrong. In fact, I think I’d go as far as saying Tina, and her husband Rick, made it all fun! Tina kept me in the loop every step of the way, I didn’t call her at all during the promotion period because I knew she was contacting me whenever there was even a small expression of interest. She guided me through all the steps and he enthusiasm and optimism were contagious.
