I was generally very happy with Tina's efforts in selling my QLD property. Her energy and commitment to the sales process was exemplary, especially in a really tough selling environment. The sales process was longer than we'd expected, but she stayed fouced all the way through and she was very supportive in arranging the various trades people that needed to be engaged at the property, which in itself was difficult given I live in a different state (VIC). I was relieved once we were able to sell the property. If I had any concerns on the way through the process, it would be directed at Tina's market knowledge and not so much that she isn't/wasn't fully immersed in her local matket, but more to the point that her initial advice was that the property would sell for around $1.2M and we eventually had to settle for $930k. That's ~25% below the advice provided which creates an expectation that ultimately couldn't be met. Having said that, I'd still recommend Tina to other potential sellers.

Tina was very prompt, punctual, on time, professional and pleasent to deal with through the transaction. Communication was returned effectively and questions answered throughout the transaction. The seller was a little prickly at times and it required some quiet resolution from Tina to assist us as the purchaser in completing the transaction. The staff at the office also assisted Tina when there may have been clashes in appointments and settlements. A good result for the process.
