Tina nanadic was very welcoming, helpful, allowed us plenty of time to look through the property, quick to respond to contact. Had no issues during the purchase period. The only thing I can negatively mention was that we believe the open houses were all on Saturday mornings because the street was quieter on the weekends, we discovered AFTER purchasing and moving in the the street is VERY busy during week days particularly because there’s a popular school on it so school drop offs and pickups are awful with the noise of traffic and buses. It would have been good to get an idea of traffic flow on a weekday morning instead of weekends. Overall though, Tina is a very good sales rep, friendly and a very involved member of the local primary school P&C who helps raise funds and increase resources for this community

We sold a house prior to meeting Tina and it was a very stressful and long process, we then decided we wanted to sell our unit and quite a few of our friends recommended Tina and SO glad we decided to go with her as the two experiences were total opposites! She made the process so easy and relaxed, Tina and her team communicated very well and were always updating us with open homes and buyer interest. She was very realistic with pricing and our expectations in the market. We had a few other agents view our property and they all said we would not get anywhere near the price we ended up getting. Tina's personal approach was not your typical real estate agent, just trying to sell another house and be another 'number', she made you feel like she was putting your best interests at heart.
