I recently put my property in Annandale on the market. It had been rented for some years through Ray White Annandale so I chose them to market the property. I needed to sell quite quickly as I had already bought another interstate. Right from the word go they were extremely responsive to my situation. A number of things had to be organized very quickly including negotiations with the tenants, cleaning, some repairs and styling in readiness for the first open house inspections.
