Tina spent several weeks putting pressure on us to sell the house at a discount and well below her own estimation, telling us the property is not in a good street, that we overpaid for it, there is no parking, that it has a "B" after the street number which is a big deal (?)... Also for the only private visit we had, she did not come herself. I thought that was very unprofessional and not what I expected from the agent I hired to sell my property. She should have presented to us alternative options when facing lack of interest from potential buyers during the campaign (renting, postponing sale...). She just wanted to get her commission. We ended up selling at auction 125k more than what she tried to convince us to accept just a few days before.
