Over the 18 years I have had the pleasure of knowing Tina, I have always found her to be thorough, efficient, honest, friendly and extremely hard working. She has managed my rental property the entire time and is always just a phone call away..nothing it too much trouble..always available..keeping my tenant happy....co-ordinates tradespeople..the list goes on!! When I decided to sell my home, never did I consider anyone but Tina for the role. I trusted her judgement and vast knowledge of the market. Again she went over and above what would be required of an Agent in selling my home.. at a price I was happy with. The difficult discussions as regards "feed back" from potential buyers on my home, Tina handled tactfully and diplomatically.. always aware of my feelings and thoughts... and being open and honest with all parties.
