We live a distance from Brisbane and could not easily go to Brisbane, Communication for Tina was difficult at times but she succeeded in selling our property for the best price possible and we are very happy with her service. We agreed with Tina that an auction to generate competition would be the best sale approach. It became evident as the campaign moved into the second week and interest rates continued to rise, that an auction could produce a poor outcome. While there was interest in the property, there was significant market uncertainty, there was concern that an auction would not produce a result. Tina approached all parties who had expressed an interest in the property. She generated interest between 2 parties and then pushed the final purchaser to an acceptable and fair (to both sides) price. We were very satisfied with the final outcome.
