My experience was what you can say a hard personal one yet Tina made it her mission to make it as painless as you could given the circumstances. Her understanding and professionalism with the sale of the property was far more than just a real-estate agent trying to make a quick buck. She knew how to take all the stress out of selling this property and Tina's marketing skills and attention to every detail were second to none, The property was a life style property and not the sort of thing the average person could purchase so the list of clients became smaller than you would have for a normal house in town but Tina showed that her marketing was exceptional by having a full list of potential buyers turning up on the weekend after 3 days of being advertised. I was in shock! Tina's communication with myself was exceptional, She would let me know of all the feed back, good and bad and anything that you would ask of her she was never too busy to listen or talk to. This property I'm sure for her was a challenge as she was selling it not just for me but another two parties and not once did she falter. I cant give Tina enough credit for selling the property but I do know that if your looking at selling your property you will not be disappointed in any way because Tina has such a drive that you don't see in alot of people and it was a pleasure working with her.
