Tina and Steph of Anchor are the best. I came off 3 months of a bad contract elsewhere leaving me very skeptical of the market. Tina reassured me they will sell and endured my nervousness with grace. I really appreciate Anchor Realty and everything they did to make my move happen. Not only Tina but her whole team were excellent. My home was not a standard home and many features most people did not like. Comments were small and hilly. my expected sale price therefore did not happen but Tina was able to negotiate a price with a prospective buyer that was sufficient for my needs.

We had an amazing experience with Tina and Steph! We purchased a property from WA without seeing it. We had to rely on their help to work out if it was the right property for us, and answer loads of questions as real estate laws differ from state to state. They were so patient and available any time to answer our calls/texts (even with the 3 hour time difference!). After the Building Inspection they offered sound advice and helpful solutions so we could get early settlement.
