The ladies at Anker Realty really came together on this one. From a disastrous start with another local Agent I wondered if our chances of selling were gone. Tina and Steph came in with a plan and followed it through to the end and we settled on the top price which was so surreal, it was hard to believe that they turned it around and made a total success out of it. We were able to negotiate the best price possible at the time. It was the comprehensive package that got us through the sale of the property - a great real estate agent backed by a team of professionals who helped us every step of the way. We were even provided with a 'to do list' once it was confirmed that our property was sold which was extremely helpful when there was so much to do. We cannot thank Tina and the Anchor Team enough to for assistance with the sale of our property.

What l like most about Tina and Stef are their honesty. You feel they are mediators for both client and sellers. Really up with their stuff as in pets. Very easy to talk to and help you through all the hurdles. It doesn't stop at contracts. They message you for the next step. Oh and thanks for the parcel of goodies after l took possession.
