Last minute viewings were easily arranged (thanks to the sellers as well). She was not pushy, allowing the property to talk for itself, while adding appropriate comments and information about the house that was not obvious. She kept a cool head when I lost mine for a moment and kept me updated as things progressed. And was good at explaining how it works as it was my first sale and I thank her for the help and support. It all turned out ok at the end.
