We had never sold a house before and we had complex circumstances. Tina was patient and accomodating from start to finish, nothing was complicated or too much to ask. We met with Tina multiple times before we decided we were ready to list, there was no pressure and we were given the time and grace to sort things at our own pace. Once we decides we were ready to sell, things moved very quicky and efficiently. Before I knew it we knew it our home was listed online, and days after the first open home was organised. By the end of the day Anchor and Tina had sold our home, it had been on the market less than 48 hours.
