Tino Magatelli persevered with my house sale in the face of an increasing interest rate rise in our economy which made the house selling market so difficult. A buyer offered $100,000 below the price but he guaranteed he could get my house price as close to the original sale price as possible in spite of it being a buyers market. He did this. I found Tino to be professional, friendly and easily approachable and he regularly kept me informed of how the house sale was progressing. During the period he managed my rental house I found him to be proactive in ensuring that the house was kept in good condition by the renter and he also ensured I received my payments in good time. Tino is a property manager I would certainly use again.

Tino was the man for the job I just sold my dads house after he passed away and Tino was very compassionate and patient with me and my family Tino went above and beyond with his services and made everything so easy and stress free he achieved a great price for the property and didn’t take any pushing or chasing and went above and beyond for the seller and the buyer .
