Toby had given us a realistic idea of what our apartment was worth, and we were pleased to accept an offer prior to auction. All the way through the selling process he was helpful and enthusiastic.

From the outset we were impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency exhibited by Toby Campbell/Tom Bayly along with the Principal Paul Caine in the sale of our 1 bedroom East Melbourne apartment. We were provided with a concise and detailed rundown of the preliminary steps that would be taken to enable the property to go on the market and advised as to how the marketing campaign would run.
