Toby was truly exceptional. The story goes like this... I often get knocks on my door as w WFH person, and one day agent X came knocking and after a brief chat, he introduced him as when he was a young boy, he use to come to our house to play with our son, so I told him that when I’m ready to sell I’ll call him and never heard from him again. Then came Toby, at first sight he looked very shy but extremely courteous and well presented, I could tell he was very nervous and very new to the real estate world. After a few weeks I started receiving emails from Toby letting me know what went for sale in our area. Every time he came by our house, he very politely knocked on our door to say hello, I never felt pressured into selling or appointing Toby as my agent. One day he called and invited us to an Auction nearby, we went and I’m so thankful we did. At that very moment I decided to call Toby for a market appraisal.
