He negotiated the highest pre-auction price for us breaking the record per square meter in the building and thereby lifting all the units value. He also has exceptional interpersonal skills and integrity, you can trust that what he says is in your best interest giving you great advice without any pressure. He took care of the new carpet, painting etc while we were overseas all at the best prices. Brilliant communication always.

Toby worked so hard to manage the sale process. He suggested work to be done that adds value, recommended (good) trades people and genuinely actively manage the sale. If you choose Toby, you’re getting experience in the industry and the Northern Beaches market. He knows his stuff. He got me a great price and I know he worked so hard to do it. We first met Toby and his organisation some 4 years ago when he sold an investment property we owned in Manly. All aspects of the sale were an enjoyable experience including the price. So when we decided to sell a second investment property in 2024 we again went with his organisation.
