As we don't live in the area, I worked with Toby remotely over the phone and through emails to sell our unit. Contrary to my expectations of a real estate agent, I found Toby to be genuinely friendly and I felt confident that he was working towards the best possible outcome for us with no personal agenda. It was clear that Toby is a very experienced agent and knows what he is talking about. After the first very busy open house, Toby recommended a silent auction as the best way to sell our unit, given the amount of interest and market conditions. Toby sold our apartment in Manly Vale end of 2015.
