One of the things that I liked most about Toby was that he set realistic expectations, however, he wasn't afraid to be bullish and deliver the best possible outcome for me. In the appraisal Toby provided me with a range from 'absolute train wreck' (ie worst possible outcome) to best possible outcome. We did two large page display advertisements the later one being possibly not worth it. At the auction there was a large number of people however few bidders which was disappointing.
