I have previously bought a property of Toby and really enjoyed dealing with him, he made my transition to owning a home as smooth as possible so when it came to selling I only had Toby in mind. Tobys knowledge of the current market was exceptional! Great communication with myself and any potential buyers. He has done a wonderful job and I was very happy with the sale price he was able to negotiate. I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend.

So after offering and being accepted, toby tries to gazump me on the property so be aware if you're a buyer..... then after I bought the property I got one front door key that works..... no window key or letterbox key, so after emailing Toby, it's a case of bad luck to me...... Remember when agents looked after you.... sorry Toby but that's rubbish service and I'm sure going to spread my story
