Since offering our property for sale we have had one deal fall over and another proceed to exchange of contracts all before the property hit the market. It does raise the question did we put too low a price on it. However, a quick sale is better than a protracted one with the possibility of negotiating a lower price. We have been pleased with the way Toby Power has handled the sale for us and we look forward to the sale being finalised.
