Before signing with Century 21, Toby has given me some advice on how to present my house which I was grateful for and made me decide on going ahead with the sale of my house. I felt that he was not like other salesmen, just pushing, which made feel comfortable that I will be looked after. Toby also put himself out and help with minor things, specially that I was a woman and certain things were hard for me to do. Minor thing was the gardening hose, he brought a spanner and fixed it for me. I do not think other agents would go through this trouble, they will say to me, get a handyman and let him tighten it for you.

Always professional and friendly, your knowledge and assistance guided my husband and I through what turned out to be a changing market. You kept us informed about each open home and any potential buyers and always were available to answer any questions we might have. We would highly recommend your services to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Since my first property purchase in the 70's, I have dealt with many agents, selling, buying and renting. Toby would have to rank in the top 3. He is a seasoned operator that knows his stuff, and is always on top of things without being 'in your face'. Toby generally has a relaxed demeanour, but nevertheless has plenty of energy, and will go the extra mile to please his customer. A skilled professional.

Toby was proactive listing the property for sale and arranging for a street sign, online advertising and photography. The photographs of the property were brilliant. Offers were considered prior to the property being open for inspection and an offer at the top of the range was accepted soon after the property was advertised. This took away of the stress of having open house days and considering further offers and it gave us the certainty to proceed with our plans to move. Toby also assisted both parties in exchanging contracts and gave us further advice regarding arranging removalists.
