Extremely proactive

Todd Braggins proved himself to be extremely proactive in the sale of my parents' home. After a delay in auction date (at my end) Todd managed to keep genuine buyers interested. Once ready to re-launch the property for sale, Todd acted quickly with a strategy to go immediately to auction. The house was sold within days at a price much higher than our expectations and reserve.
