I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole buying process through Todd, nothing has been to much trouble and he has helped with every question and inquiry I have had. I would highly recommend Agency and Todd should you wish to buy or sell.

Our experience in buying this property started out with us having to contact the agent 3 times before getting a response in relation to even viewing it. Then were originally offered a viewing time the following weekend, after telling them we were in Rockhampton only for that weekend, the response was ok well I guess we can get someone to show you through. We knew by the time we left the property we wanted to buy it and made an offer- with a bit of back and forth we secured the property at a price we were happy with. we executed contracts in a timely manner and the other side did the same, through the use of technology we could see when they completed the contract (mind you we were never informed our offer was accepted- just suggested by the agent to draw up a contract at our final offer and see if they accept after we sign it). Once completed and we were informed- the agent sent an email about insurance brokers to assist with the insurance on our new property- when I contacted them at the agent's suggestion, and I was hung-up on told they were unable to assist. I contact the agent who then got a quote sent through to me with no discussion of needs and as such I received a quote for an owner-occupied property, and this was to be an investment- I returned the email within an hour of receiving it with the correct information added and am yet to receive a response. I then had to follow up the agent for where to pay the deposit required to ensure we were not in breach of the contract and waited another day for the details to be relayed. I am yet to hear from the agent at all in regard to going unconditional other than to request this review. Overall, this is not the experience I have had previously with other agents I have purchased from, nor does it sit well to have to follow the agent up for basic things. The deal is done, and we have secured the house we wanted too and will move on towards settlement of the property.
