It was clear from our very first phone call with Todd that we had found an agent who had experience, local market knowledge, and an outstanding commitment to clear and prompt communication. As first time home buyers, Todd explained the process in a transparent, step-by-step manner and struck the ideal balance between providing full information without overwhelming us. Due to COVID and travel restrictions, we were unable to inspect the property in person. Todd went above and beyond to provide a video inspection, as well as a self-guided virtual tour. His cheerful manner was greatly appreciated throughout the entire process, but especially with regards to managing communications over a potentially problematic time difference.
