Todd did a great job in ignoring everything we said we were going to do, ie. not purchase a house. After many discussions about what we were going to do after we sold our home last year, Todd persisted in sending me updates via sms and emails on available properties. It worked, and now we are happily living in our new property! We are excited to add our touches to the property too. Thanks Todd and Brittany!
