We were very happy with the service provided by Todd and the crew at BSR. I had a few agents come to appraise our block of land, and yet Todd had a significantly better gauge of the market, along with a sound rationale for what the block was worth, the market demand and what a buyer could do with the land. His knowledge and astuteness was driven by his own first hand experience of strata subdivision. The land sold quickly as soon as Todd's team had applied their excellent marketing, it didn't even need to be advertised on the street or in their window. They did an excellent job and we would use them again.

If you are looking for a home/investment or thinking of selling or renting one out I recommend Todd Buckland and the team at byron shire realestate highly. I had all the assistance I needed before during and after the sale, and as this was the first property I had bought by myself I needed some extra assistance. During this process he remained honest and transparent to his client the seller, and me as well. I have not found this to be the case with another agent in the brunswick area. Both the Todds have extensive knowledge of the Byron shire its laws and flood prone areas they will not be selling you something with possible council approval when its unlikely. Because of the poor reception in many of the areas in the byron shire ,Todd and I communicated through text for a good part of the time and I can be pretty hard to get hold of but he always got back to me, on the same day. April the rental person had the most wonderfull tenant sorted and moved in without me having to think about it. And nothing has been to much trouble for any of the staff. I would like to thank them all very much for their help , warmth and integrity .
