Too easy, process was swift

Overall Todd is a nice agent. In our experience once the purchase went unconditional he was very hard to reach and it seemed like he did not care anymore. Simple queries not answered and he did not even come to hand over the keys or congratulate us on our purchase. This is our 3rd purchase at almost 3 x the price of the others and the service was lacking.

We found Todd totally professional at all times and very knowledgeable of the current market. He instilled confidence in us in his ability to deliver what he promised.
