Todd has been awesome right from the start, I had him come out to have a look at the property, which he did and told me what needed doing to get the best price for the property. I would get a lot of the stuff done, he would come back out to check on my work, then tell me what I had missed, I fixed the last few things, and we put the property on the market, which turned out to be the ideal time and the property sold in six weeks, all because of Todds, marketing, selling and behind the scenes work.
